The SIMT authorities have inaugurated a cutting-edge Placement Cell to facilitate job placements for graduates. The primary objectives include:
Compiling a comprehensive database of technology-based students, including resumes, contact details, and email addresses.
Regularly updating and publishing the list of student profiles on the website.
Facilitating job placements for senior students by establishing partnerships with reputable industries and signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
Assessing the labor market demand and aligning the curriculum to supply skilled manpower accordingly.
Organizing Job Placement Fairs to connect senior students with potential employers.
Publishing a placement magazine featuring profiles of skilled students and job opportunities.
Inviting senior officials from industries as Guest Lecturers to enhance Industry Linkage and encourage their active participation in campus activities.
Assisting students in finding, communicating with, and applying to overseas job opportunities.
Maintaining an alumni database to provide support and guidance to current students in their job search.
Hosting In Campus Interviews with HR representatives from reputed organizations.
Providing career counseling services to help students secure promising job opportunities.
